What is Churchillians.net?
Churchillians.net contains everything you need to keep in touch and involved with your College. Here you can find information about all the benefits available to you as a non-resident member of the College, create your very own email for life, read the latest news and find out what is going on in and around the College, book a place at a forthcoming event, sign up for the Churchill E-Bulletin, find out more about the Association (of which you are a member from the moment you joined the College) and so much more!
I am new to Churchillians.net. How do I sign up?
Complete the short form found here. Once we have verified your relationship with the College, you will usually receive your username and password within 24-48 hours. When you have received these details, you are strongly encouraged to go to your profile and change your password to something more memorable and most importantly, update your profile in full. Please ensure that you add your preferred email address to the 'Main Email Address' field. This will enable us to contact you with request/booking confirmations for events etc...
Why is it important that I update my profile?
Doing so will allow you to make yourself searchable by your peers through the Contact System. You should also ensure that you make visible or confidential any information that you do or don't want other's to see. Adding your email address for example, will enable us to contact you with request/booking confirmations for events etc... You should also take a moment to change your password to something more suitable.
I have forgotten my username and/or password, what do I do?
Please visit the homepage and click the 'Forgotten Username/Password' link. Assuming you provided us with a memorable phrase and answer when you first logged in, you will be able to retrieve your details. If however you did not, please complete the short form here. You will then receive your username and new password within 24-48 hours.
How do I update my contact details with the College?
You can do this either by updating your profile in full or by emailing the Alumni Relations Office direct. You will also find an Update form and reply-paid envelope (UK only) accompanying your copy of the Churchill Review which is usually sent to you at the beginning of December.
If I update my contact details on Churchillians.net, will this update my details with the University as well?
By updating your profile, by emailing the Alumni Relations Office or by completing the update form which usually accompanies the Churchill Review at the beginning of December, this will ensure that University Alumni Relations Office (CARO) is also kept up-to-date. Please go here for further details.
